Research & Development
It starts with a problem to solve. Our chemists study how pros actually work, what fails in the field, and where existing products fall short — then formulate around it.
Formulation
Raw ingredients are selected and combined into a working formula, refined through rounds of adjustment until the chemistry performs the way it needs to.
Bench Testing
Before anything scales up, formulas are tested in small batches — checking performance, stability, dilution, and finish under controlled conditions.
Field Validation
Promising formulas go to real detailers, dealerships, and wash operations. Real vehicles, real conditions, real feedback — no lab can replicate that.
Batch Mixing
Once proven, the formula scales to full production in our mixing center, where precise measurement keeps every batch identical to the last.
Quality Control
Every batch is checked against spec before it's approved — viscosity, pH, color, scent, and performance all verified.
Bottling & Labeling
Approved product is filled, capped, labeled, and lot-coded in-house for full traceability.
