At RCP America, we want getting your products to be as reliable as the products themselves. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something isn't right.
Shipping
Free Shipping
Enjoy free U.S. shipping on orders over $105.
Order Processing
Orders take 1–3 business days to process (excludes weekends and holidays). Processing means picking, packing, and getting your order ready for shipment. Once the order is picked up by the courier, it is considered shipped.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes an additional 1–7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays), depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll automatically send a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.
Returns
Return Window
You can return an item up to 30 days after your purchase date. To be eligible, products must be in new and unused condition.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, you'll get a full refund for the product within 10 business days. Refunds are applied to the original card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping, your refund will be issued less our original shipping cost to you.
If we made an error, you will not be charged for shipping.
Final Sale Items
No returns on Sale, Clearance, or Closeout items. Those sales are final.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If there's a problem with your shipment — missing, damaged, or incorrect items — please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package so we can make it right.
