RCP's 6.5" YELLOW MED CUTTING FOAM PAD is built for light compounding and polishing that clears defects while helping build gloss across your panels. Made from reticulated polyester foam at 50 PPI with a 1.25" thickness, this yellow pad delivers a medium cut that handles light swirls and oxidation during the correction stage. Mount it to a compatible grip-pad backing plate and run it at a suggested 1200 to 1750 OPM to work compound or polish evenly over hoods, doors, and roofs. Its versatile foam makes it a reliable choice for stepping between heavy cutting and final polishing.
