RCP's 7.5" YELLOW WOOL PAD 1.5" PILE is designed for light compounding and polishing on larger panels, giving you versatile correction power with a refined touch. Made from a yellow wool blend with a 4-ply twist construction and a 1.5" pile height, this pad removes lighter defects while helping bring up gloss across hoods, roofs, and doors. Mount it to a compatible grip-pad backing plate and run it at a suggested 1500 to 2200 RPM to dial in the right balance of cut and finish. Its larger 7.5" face speeds up the job by covering more surface in fewer passes. Paired with the right backing plate, a polish or light compound, and a finishing foam pad to follow, this wool pad takes your paint correction to the next level.
