This program walks technicians through RCP's proven six-stage automotive reconditioning process — the same repeatable system used to turn trade-ins and daily drivers into showroom-ready vehicles. You'll learn how each stage builds on the last, how to choose the right products and pads for each step, and how to work efficiently without cutting corners.
Whether you're building a detail department from scratch or standardizing an existing crew, this class gives you a consistent, teachable workflow that delivers the same high-quality result every time.
