Course Overview

RVs bring their own challenges — oxidized gel coat, large flat panels, decals, and hard-to-reach areas. This class adapts RCP's six-stage reconditioning process specifically for recreational vehicles, covering the products, tools, and techniques that restore faded, weathered exteriors to a deep, protected finish.

You'll learn how to scope and price RV jobs, work safely at height and scale, and deliver results that hold up to sun and road exposure.

What you'll Learn

  • The six stages adapted for RV surfaces and gel coat

  • Assessing oxidation levels and setting realistic expectations

  • Safe access, staging, and working on large panels

  • Wash, decon, and heavy oxidation removal

  • Compounding and polishing gel coat and painted panels

  • Long-term protection with sealants and coatings

  • Handling decals, seams, and trim

  • Job scoping and workflow for RV-sized projects

Prequisites

No prior experience required.

Bring closed-toe shoes and a willingness to get your hands dirty — we supply the panels, products, and everything else.
