Bleach is used industrially and domestically to remove the color from fabric or fiber or to clean or to remove stains.
Instructions:

Dilute BLEACH with water in a plastic container or bucket.

For outdoor fabrics or painted, stained, or dyed surfaces, test colorfastness before use by applying solution to a hidden area. After 15 minutes, blot dry. No color change means that the material can be bleached safely.

Begin cleaning; heavily soiled surfaces may require scrubbing.

Once finished, rinse treated and surrounding areas thoroughly.
